This is Hoshi wo Ou Kodomo (Also titled Children who Chase Lost Voices from Deep Below), Makoto Shinkai's next movie that's scheduled to open in Japan in May 2011.
I've been meaning to write about this one for some time now. Maybe I'll do just that...
