For those looking for it, the guitar tab is available on this topic in the forums on Ally Kerr's official website in PDF format. Though this is for a single guitar; what you hear during the intro of Mushishi is actually two guitars.

Unfortunately, it seems Ally Kerr's site was changed and that PDF was one of the victims of the change-over. I didn't keep a copy of it, but it looks like you can search through his forum to find some tabs.
