Modified it off of this <a href="http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Lain+Black%26White+Widescreen+GDM?content=97955"><em>Serial Experiments Lain</em> theme</a>. Source GIMP XCF file is available inside the tar.gz if you want to modify it.</p> <p>It's not the greatest, but it really didn't take much work. I added some sharpening and adjusted the colors and saturation from the source video screenshot, but that's about it.</p> <p>I'll probably make more from the various <em>5CM</em> screenshots I have. I'll also want to get a few themes based off of <em>The Place Promised in Our Early Days</em>, too<a class="see_footnote" id="footnoteref1_72pk5uo" title="Either from the a rip of the Blu-ray disc that Astro got me or from a 1080p rip acquired elsewhere..." href="#footnote1_72pk5uo">1</a>.</p> <p>UPDATE: Found the SVG versions of the Ubuntu logo and name <a href="https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Official">here</a>, so I've modified the background to use those. Also touched up the colors and a few other details on the image.</p> <p>UPDATE 2: Further tweaks to the theme.
