Cardcaptor Sakura

"It's the doing of WOOD!"

Now Sakura has to deal with the doings of WOOD! in her own house. Oddly hilarious Kero quotes aside, there's also Tomoyo's obsession with Sakura's abilities. She always has her camcorder with her to record Sakura's battles, and she has a different outfit for Sakura to wear in every episode. Well, this time, it's chores time for Sakura, as she has to clean out the basement! (Edit: I admit, that was horrid!)

Playing With Water

Sakura goes on a date! Well, her crush, Yukito, who's a friend of her older brother, invites her to eat out at the Aquarium. Well, seems as through things go wrong at this aquarium with Sakura around, as she was there to witness a Penguin and a trainer nearly getting drowned when she was there earlier for a school trip. Could it be another Clow Card?

Shadowy Mischief

I have to say one thing about Cardcaptor Sakura, the protagonists are ones to keep secrets as Sakura and Kero reveal themselves to her very-rich best friend in school, Tomoyo. I can't deny that the reluctant Sakura is a rather easy protagonist to root for. It's quite a silly-fun series.

Finding a special book

What am I doing watching a series like Cardcaptor Sakura? I mean, the first episode starts off as the basic school life of your basic ten-year-old girl with a mean brother, a caring father, a crush, and a best friend. Well, for no reason other than a friend had the uncut subtitled version (All 18 DVDs!). So I figure I should check it out. So far, it has its own quirks, but I can't shake the "Magical Girl Anime" feeling (Ok, well, it is a magical-girl anime...). Well, on with the first episode.
